Christmas in July raffle to benefit library

SILVER CREEK — The Friends of the Anderson-Lee Library in Silver Creek is sponsoring its annual Christmas in July Raffle to benefit the library.

There will be more than 30 baskets and gift certificates donated by community members and local businesses, with a grand prize of $500 by the Friends. Prizes will be on display at the library.

Tickets for the drawings are $1 each. They can be purchased at the library and will be on sale at the following locations:

¯ Wednesday, July 17 at Smith’s True Value from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

¯ Thursday, July 18 at Smith’s True Value from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

¯ Friday, July 19 at Smith’s True Value from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tickets can also be purchased from any member of The Friends. All ticket money must be returned to the library before July 25.

The drawing will be held at 3 p.m. on July 25. You do not need to be present to win. Following the drawing, a complete list of prizes and winners will be posted in the library and all winners will be called.
