Agencies search for wanted Jamestown man

Todd Dellahoy

JAMESTOWN — Several agencies assisted in an hours-long search for a wanted Jamestown man Thursday.

The fugitive, 47-year-old Todd A. Dellahoy, wasn’t located despite officers scouring the woods and nearby properties along Willard Street.

Dellahoy is wanted on warrants for first-degree attempted arson and reckless endangerment. He is currently listed on JPD’s Top 10 Felony Warrants, and is also being sought in Pennsylvania.

On Thursday, Capt. Robert Samuelson of the Jamestown Police Department said officers found Dellahoy’s vehicle near Willard Street. Shortly afterward, the city man was said to have been in a wooded area west of Willow Avenue.

A search ensured, with Jamestown police assisted by the New York State Police, U.S. Marshals Service and the Department of Homeland Security.

Police looked through nearby garages and sheds as part of Thursday’s search.

JPD can be reached at 483-7541 or anonymously at 483-8477.
