Lily Dale woman charged in drug possession

A traffic violation this morning has led to drug charges against a Lily Dale woman.

Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report they stopped a vehicle for an observed violation on Glasgow Road in the town of Pomfret. The operator was identified as Danielle Miller, of Lily Dale. Further investigation found that Miller was in possession of drug paraphernalia, hypodermic needles, and a quantity of methamphetamine.

Miller was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, criminally using a hypodermic instrument, and no left side view mirror. Miller was processed and released with citations directing her to appear in town of Pomfret court at a later date.
