Veterans, active service members entrepreneurial lunch set

The Fredonia Technology Incubator welcomes veterans and active service members to its monthly entrepreneurial networking lunch. The guest speaker will be Cindy Reidy, project coordinator for the Joseph P. Dwyer program of Chautauqua.

The lunch will be held Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fredonia Technology Incubator located at 214 Central Ave., Dunkirk. This event is free and open to the public. The luncheon will allow veterans and active duty service members who own a business or wish to start one, an opportunity to learn about resources for veterans, discuss ideas, and network. You are encouraged to invite a fellow serviceman. A complimentary lunch will be provided by the Incubator.

The Dwyer Chautauqua program is a non-clinical program that helps link veterans with other service providers in our community. The program also offers peer-to-peer support for veterans.

The Fredonia Technology Incubator is an economic development program of SUNY Fredonia. FTI promotes economic growth by supporting entrepreneurship and the development of new, innovative companies into successful business ventures. The incubator provides administrative and business services, mentoring, networking, professional consulting, educational opportunities, and access to capital and work ready space.
