The annual Christmas Dash for Cash that benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Chautauqua County is taking place from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19. The event features hors d’oeuvers, drinks and prizes, including a $2,500 grand prize.

Tickets for a chance to win — and attend the event — are $50 each. There are also two additional $500 prizes, two prizes for $250 and bonus prizes that will be announced that evening.

The Boys & Girls Club is located at 704 Central Ave. in Dunkirk and serves more than 1,000 children each year through after-school and summer programming.
