Greystone at the market
Pictured above is the Greystone Nature Preserve information booth at the Fredonia Farmers Market. Children are invited to a free environmental activity at the Fredonia Farmers’ Market this from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Creating a pine cone bird feeder will spark their tactile experience and encourage a sense of stewardship for Nature. All materials will be provided by Greystone Nature Preserve and are totally organic. All COVID-19 regulations will be observed for the safety of the youngsters while creating this gift for nature. Greystone Nature Preserve is a not-for-profit environmental education center, which features experiential activities to develop a sense of awe, appreciation and stewardship of Nature.
