During a Veterans Day celebration at Fredonia Place on Tuesday, Dewey Winchell, World War II Navy Veteran, 100, received a quilt in honor of his service, from Myra Johnston, Regent, of the Benjamin Prescott Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
