At around 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, Fredonia Fire Department and New York State Police were dispatched Water Street between Webster Road and the Bell Estates for a vehicle rollover. The vehicle came to rest at the bottom of an embankment. Initial reports suggest the driver suffered a hand injury from the mishap.
