As seen here Wednesday afternoon, crews have started clearing the land for the Well Now urgent care center coming to Vineyard Drive in the town of Dunkirk. “The code enforcement officer is working with the urgent care development team to start work, and the interior development permit was approved,” Dunkirk Town Supervisor Richard Purol said at Tuesday’s town board meeting. The building will be 3,500 square feet and contain seven patient rooms, and should take around five months to complete. There will be a parking lot with about 48 spaces on the site, located between the Dunkin’ Donuts and Applebee’s restaurants, on the approximate location of the old Vineyard Motel’s dining room.
