WESTFIELD — Family Health Medical Services is proud to announce plans to expand with a new location in Westfield.

The new 6,900 square foot office will be located at 216 E. Main Street, just 0.2 miles from Westfield Memorial Hospital; with plans to open in the spring of 2020.

Family Health Medical Services has cared for neighbors and friends across Chautauqua County since 1982. Dr. Robert Berke, Dr. Alexander Selioutski and Dr Albert Persia lead a primary care team of four physicians, nine physician assistants and three nurse practitioners.

“The new Westfield location will support our mission to serve our local communities with high quality healthcare at our convenient locations. Our Jamestown offices at 103 Allen St. and 31 Sherman St. will continue to serve the needs of your family as well,” said Dr Robert Berke. “We look forward to becoming a part of the Westfield community and seeing both new and existing patients in our new facility.”
