DUNKIRK — Judy M. Graves, 72, a resident of Chautauqua Nursing & Rehab Center, Dunkirk, died Monday, February 19, 2018 at her residence, following a lengthy illness. She was born in Silver Creek, on August 10, 1945, the daughter of the late Edwin H. and Grace M. (Hanville) Griewsich.

She was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1963 and retired as Department Manager for TOPS Markets, Dunkirk after 20 years. Mrs. Graves was a former member of Forestville United Methodist Church, a former Girl Scout Leader, Cheerleading Advisor and member of T.O.P.S.

Survivors include her husband Robert A. Graves, of Dunkirk, whom she married on April 24, 1984, three daughters, Susan (Joseph) Michaelis, of Scottsdale, AZ; Lisa (Joel) Green, of Fredonia; Amy Grant, of Fredonia; a “son”, Keith (Kim) Mages, of Fredonia; and a brother, Theodore (Dolores) Griewisch, of Dunkirk. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren: Erin (Mario) Medina, Jacob & Lucas Green, Lane Grant, Nicholas, Nathan, Nolan & Kameron Mages; great grandson Noah Medina and several nieces & nephews.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation observed. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Time and place to be announced.

The family suggests memorials may be made either to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W.
