Blanca E. Soltren, age 60, of Dunkirk, New York, died Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Absolut of Westfield. Blanca is survived by her children, Wandaliz Valle and Harry C. Soltren; grandchildren, Sterling Gates, Harry J., Angelo M., Armando D. and Antonio S. and Isaiah A. Soltren, and David Padilla; great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Gates; and siblings, Ana, Jose and Marilyn Soltren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
