Raymond L. Bulger, 80, of Cassadaga, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018, while meeting at the Chautauqua County Antique Equipment Grounds, Stockton. Husband of Sally Schultz Bulger; father of Allen and Jeffrey Bulger.
