Joseph A. Cole

Joseph A. Cole, formerly of Silver Creek, NY, died on November 19, 2018. he was born in Dunkirk, NY, on March 8, 1978, to Joseph and Lorriane Piazza. Joseph attended the Dunkirk Public School and was an employee at Carriage House.

Joey was a very loving and caring person. He was especially devoted to his two daughters, Heather and Kylie Cole. If any family members or friends needed help, Joey was always there to help. He enjoyed being a mechanic and being involved with demolition derbies.

Besides his parents and daughters, Joseph is survived by his brother, Bryan Piazza, grandmother, Patricia Piazza, and his stepdad, Paul Garrison, Jr. He is further survived by his aunts, Sheryl L. Davis, Jodi (Tim) Piazza Cunningham, Janelle Piazza, his uncles, Robert W. Cole, Jr., James P. (Stacey) Cole, and several nieces, nephews and cousins, all of Dunkirk, NY. Joey will also be dearly missed by his great aunt, Florence Wilemski, who was very special to him.

Joseph was preceded in death by his brother, Jeremy P. Raynor, his grandparents Rita and Robert W. Cole, Sr., Joseph T. Piazza, and great grandmother, Josephine Frasher.

Donations to the family for assistance with funeral expenses and to establish an educational fund for his daughters would be gratefully appreciated.

A celebration of Joey’s life will be announced by the family at a future date.
