Judy Mackowiak
Judy Mackowiak, 65 of the Town of Dunkirk passed away Saturday evening, February 16, 2019 at Buffalo General Hospital. She was born January 21, 1954 in Dunkirk, NY, the daughter of the late Frank and Janet Pizzolanti.
Judy was an avid reader, gardener, loved to cook and entertain, work on puzzles, and especially had a love for dachshunds. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Fredonia, New York and worked for many years on the committee for the Laurel Run for the Resource Center. Beloved wife of David of 46 years, dear mother of daughter Kelly (Rick) Jesse and son Keith Mackowiak. Grandmother of Eric Jesse and Maddison Mackowiak. Survived by mother-in-law Jane Mackowiak, brother Jim Pizzolanti, sister Jill Bak, and several nieces and nephews.
She joins her beloved son Eric Mackowiak and four doxies in heaven. The family will hold a private celebration of life at a future date.
