Leona (Woleben) Tranquist

Nursing and Rehab Facility in Dunkirk, NY. She was born on November 10, 1930, the daughter of the late Jay and Bernice (Wilber) Woleben. Leona had also been a former member of the Portland Congregational Church of Portland, N.Y.

Leona is survived by her husband Arnold Tranquist and a daughter, Linda Messinger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her six brothers, Harlo, Arthur, DeForest, Clarence, Fredrick, and Ferris Woleben.

As per her wishes there will be no visitation and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
