Hazel L. Marchiando

She was born December 15, 1923 in Fredonia, New York the daughter of the late Ernest and Hazel Young LeBaron.

Hazel was a 1941 graduate of Fredonia High School and a graduate of Jamestown School of Practical Nursing where she had been employed as an LPN at Jamestown General hospital for twenty years, Lutheran home for two years, and Manor Oak Skilled Nursing Facility for four years.

She was a member of NYS Practical Nurses Association, Jamestown Practical Nurses Association, and was a member of the Alumni Nurses’ Society of Jamestown.

She is survived by her brother Bruce LeBaron of Wichita, Kansas, 2 grandsons, 5 great-great children, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Samuel J. Marchiando whom she married March 19, 1967 in Laona, New York who died February 19, 1989. A daughter, Barbara Pryll, a grandson, Brett Pryll, a sister Helen Whalen, a brother Earl Walter LeBaron.

Visitation will not be observed. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Inurnment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
