Frank Nichols, 90 years old, of Portland, New York, passed away on Sunday July 21, 2019 at Hamot Hospital in Erie, Pa. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Morse Funeral Home of Brocton, New York in Wednesday’s paper.
