David C. Kolassa “Davey Bird,” 78, of Fredonia N.Y passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019, surrounded by his
loving family at Brooks memorial hospital following a lengthy illness.
Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of life to be held Saturday, September 21, 2019, at the
family residence at 3402 Stone Quarry Road, Fredonia.
Family suggests donations be made to the Jamestown Audobon Society in lieu of flowers.
Arrangements are by the R. Mackowiak Funeral Home Inc., Dunkirk.
