Dorothy “Dottie” McQuiggan, 82, of Bear Lake, passed away Sat., Oct. 3, 2020. Wife of the late Joseph; mother of Joe (Joie), Kate, Chris(Becky), Jim(Kelley) and Tom (Marcy) McQuiggan and Tina King; grandmother of nine; great-grandmother of six; sister of Tom(Marce) and Dan (late Shirley) O’Brien. Celebration of Life 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16that Stockton Fire Hall, 28 S. Main St., Stockton. One hour visitation prior to the service. NYS COVID restrictions will be observed.
