FREDONIA — Joan P. (Harper) Planty, 77, of East Main Rd., Fredonia, passed away peacefully at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, N.Y., Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2020, following a brief illness.
Arrangements will be announced by the MORSE Funeral Home, 51 Highland Ave., Brocton, N.Y., once they are finalized.
