Esther V. Crowell
Esther V. Crowell, 91 of Fredonia and formerly of Sinclairville passed away Feb. 14, 2021, at Heritage Park. She was born Dec. 8, 1929, in Jamestown, N.Y., the daughter of the late Leon and Anna Przybelinski Pavlock.
Esther attended Jamestown Public Schools and was a resident of Sinclairville for over 65 years. She worked throughout Chautauqua county in the restaurant business retiring from De Bell Vending. Esther was a lifetime member of Henry Mosher Post 638 Legion Auxiliary.
Esther is survived by her daughter, Linda (Rick) Waclawski of Dunkirk, N.Y., and her son, Jeffrey (Jaime Turner) Crowell of Sinclairville, N.Y., her son in law, Jim Dingman, her eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, her nephew, the Rev. Martin Pavlock and niece, Sharon Burdick. Also surviving is her good friend, Daniel Jaquith.
Esther is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Harold L Crowell, whom she married Jan. 1, 1948, and passed Jan. 6, 2006, her son, Daniel (Judith) Crowell, her daughter, Virginia Dingman, and her niece and nephew, Barbara and Charles Johnson. Also proceeding her in death was her Poodle, Bubba.
Calling hours will be Thursday Feb. 18, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. at the Jordan Funeral Home in Sinclairville, N.Y.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the Jordan Funeral Home.
Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
