James Richard Briggs, Sr.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service and celebration of the life of James Richard Briggs Sr., who passed away on Feb. 11, 2021. The memorial service will be held on Friday, July 30, at 10 a.m., at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 334 Temple St., Fredonia, N.Y. Interment will follow at Willowbrook Cemetery, Central Ave., Dunkirk, and there will be a luncheon reception at the First Ward Falcon Club, 341 Lakeshore Drive E., Dunkirk NY afterward.
