Nancy’s life was a testament to her resilience and caring nature. After marrying the love of her life, John F. Kenney, the couple enjoyed 50 beautiful years together before his passing. Together, they raised a family that continued to grow and bring her joy until her last days.

Her commitment to local initiatives shone through her service as a Board of Elections worker.

Her interests were as diverse as they were community-focused. Nancy was a charter member of the PineValley VFW Auxiliary and a regular participant in the American Red Cross Blood Donation drives. As a T.O.P.S member, a part of the Home Bureau, and a den mother for the Cub Scouts, Nancy showed her passion for nurturing those around her. Her hands were rarely idle, often seen knitting baby hats for children at local hospitals or crafting lap blankets for veterans.

Art and creativity were a big part of Nancy’s life. She found joy in arts and crafts, playing computer games, and was always open to a good social gathering. Above all, Nancy cherished time spent with her family, who were the cornerstone of her world.
