Breaking the law with benefits

The Democrats are at it again — this time in Albany.

Their most recent idea is to give driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. Their reason is that the illegals can travel from home to work.

This in itself is a federal crime because of the immigration reform bill control act. All this bill does is encourages illegal aliens, which are undocumented for employment and is a federal violation of the law.

The same lawmakers in Albany remain silent on the issue of voter registration. The motor voter law requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to provide voter registration upon application for a license. Voter registration requires answering a question of citizenship to this country, but the current bill strictly forbids this practice.

Other states issuing these licenses include California, the land of fruits and nuts. On the document it does not state or establish for voter eligibility for voter registration. New York’s bill doesn’t address this issue.

When a person breaks the law by failing to pay child support or obey traffic signals, their license can be suspended or revoked. Illegal aliens broke the law by entering this country illegally. Yet this bill provides these illegal aliens access to a driver’s license.

As I understand it, this law will forbid enforcement from reviewing the records of illegal aliens during a routine stop. Under this stupid law illegals are protected and not shared. However, this law made by many in Albany, doesn’t care about those who are registered citizens of this country. It doesn’t seem that these representatives care about us. It seems the only thing they care about are those on welfare, illegal aliens and prisoners. They seem to forget about the honest, hard-working men and women who make this state tick.

There was a statistic in reference to those children, that one out of every five live in poverty. Then why are the taxpayers giving out so much money for those benefits that they receive?

It used to be that each and every household on benefits receives more than $400 a month just for the kids, not counting the other benefits the taxpayers have to also pay them full school lunches.

Where does it end?
