Folks who frequent the Fountain Grill in Fredonia will have to find a new place. Regarded as the eldest business owner in the village, 70-year-old Leo Pacos and his wife Eleanore are retiring. Mr. Pacos had co-owned the establishment with Anthony Leone since October 1954 and then bought out Leone’s share on Jan. 15, 1974. The Dutch Bertges family will own and operate the bar under a new name.
