Dunkirk on NPR

July 30, 2012 - John D'Agostino
Last week, the city of Dunkirk received mention statewide on "The Capitol Pressroom."

Jenna Loughlin, Westfield Republican editor, told me she heard the show last Monday on NPR out of Buffalo. It features host Susan Arbetter and Robert Freeman, executive director of the New York State Committee on Open Government. The two were discussing the recent issue of the Dunkirk police charging $7 per request for information.

Last week, the department changed its policy to conform with the law. Click on the link at right to hear a portion of the show. It may take awhile to download.
