really christipher!? when actually did you live in gowanda? what street? hey if you drive lets see you make a left turn out of jubillee(shopNsave)lot on a weekday at 4:00Pm & then tell me if you'd let your child/grandchild cross said intersection...

again try crossing 39/62 during the day in Gowanda ,there are no stop lights/signs in the summer there are markers that say stop for ped's but usually are hit & knocked over for most of the day.christopher try crossing the street from the "subway" to the GPD between 2&5pm and tell me how you do.Not to mention the grant was for school children to have safe access to&from school.

I lived in Gowanda for years timeisthefire. Describing crossing the streets as taking your life in your hands is more than your usual exaggeration to prove a point and to disagree with me. $650,000 for this is an indefensible example of Pork Barrel spending at it's worst, and why we're broke and why the same idiots keep getting elected. That and idiot voters who support such nonsense.
