Going back a few years, when we were forced to put in water on West Lake Rd. (RT 5 ), Barcelona refused to go in with us, so we had to spend more to go around them. Now I & all the rest of us down here are stuck paying off our water & now you want us to pay for Barcelona also... Whats fair is not always fair & we all resent it. No one in Barcelona is helping me pay for water I didn't even need. How come I'm now suppose to feel sorry for them & pay for TWO water Systems ???

I support all tax money spent WISELY on drinking water, sewer upgrades, roads and utilities. To me, those are legitemate uses of my money as part of a collective society.
