Those with insurance or the financial means will still go to the family doctor or hospital. This sounds alot like another taxpayer funded program to promote poverty and guarantee that the area will continue to be a magnet for the welfare population. Thankyou Senator Schumer for putting one more liberal nail in the city's coffin.

Im curious as to how this will work out? Ive heard the people here are fantastic. Wouldn't that be a breath of fresh air? I've about had it with the unfriendly, cold people at "all about the money" Medicor that seems to be more interested in pushing you through every service they so convieniently provide in order to squeeze every nickel they can.
