I agree, and this seems more like a way to get a few more bucks from college students before they leave at the end of the school year.

Anytime kids have fun the know it all's show up and want to ruin it for them and the town/village/city leaders fall in lockstep behind them but then everytime we turn around all we hear is that there is nothing for kids to do around here.

Doesn't matter if you're a college kid, laborer, factory worker, unemployed, a husband, wife or parent - - I've always thought that if you're old enough to fight and die for your country, you're old enough to buy a beer.
