Town cited by NY state comptroller after audits

So the system that was instrumental in forming our government, better known as checks and balances has gone by the way side just like responsible spending of taxpayers money

I assume you are referring to town officials. If so I agree and similar issues exist in other small towns and villages... look at all comptrollers reports.
