Yea it would be pretty hard to find out the date, since they were arrest the 2nd day after it happened at 5 am. Common sence make that about as hard to find as 1+1.

And when the family agreed to such a light sentence for Chris, does that make you wonder why ? because they family does not want certain info released. And when Foley was asked directly about the reason for the crime he declined to answer! does that make you wonder why ? Any other time they are touting the reason every day the case is in the news. But this case they never announced the reason behind the shooting, does this make you wonder why ? ANd if the police have a report that states why they went to Franks house and why that did what they did, does it make you wonder why, they have keep it quiet? I wonder why they keep it quite ????? Not drugs, not money, not a robbery, not a home invasion, Does that make you wonder why ? They did it because of what frank is /was. Did you remember the interview on channel 4 with the family stating why the shooting happened ? Funny how Franks family NEVER came out with a denial of that isnt it. Does that make you wonder why ?

I don't think jut ANY search will do, and you'd need a date. If a minor is involved, they will NOT identify him/her if a sex crime is involved. You seem to know so much, give me a date. Funny how none of this has come up so far during the arrest, as a claim for why it happened, nowhere was this mentioned. Drinking and an argument have, but nothing else. I believe you're in that "family/friends/killers category.

So, it's ok to become a vigilante then Mr. Cadefoster? And YOU HAVE PERSONALLY SEEN this report, Mr. Cadefoster? Certainly Mr. Grant wouldn't exactly be an objective and disinterested party in all this, would he? So I'll repeat myself, other than the family, friends and those arrested for the killing, what proof do you have any of this is true?

Sorry Chistopher, there also is police report filed before this happened. It is not a case of she he said. Go talk to mr grant yourself , he will tell you exactly what happened to his young son!!!

And the ONLY people saying that so far are his killers, their friends and relatives. I have no idea one way or the other, and I doubt anyone else does either. Unfortunately, Mr. Slate can't speak for himself, clearly a distinct disadvantage in the "he said, she said" game.

And no male children need to be assulted by a 70 year old guy either. They matter.
