This isn't a highly classified military "CoveOp" for God's sake! Do the NYSP really need a well-planned strategy, with an official code name assigned to it? I mean, you see a motorist who's illegally talking on a cell while driving, you bust him/her! This military-style mentality is hilarious if you ask me. After this particular mission (Spring-'14) is carried out, will service medals be awarded, too?
