PERRYSBURG - Spring has sprung at the Perrysburg Conservation Club.
The club will be having its annual chicken barbecue on Sunday from noon until sold out at the club grounds on Peckhill Road, Perrysburg.
The dinner consists of a half chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, salt potatoes, dinner roll and homemade dessert for a donation of $8. This event is open to the public and the club will also deliver. For delivery, contact Luke at 913-3734. Deliveries will be made to homes or businesses.
The club will have its fourth annual Fishing Derby for Kids on Saturday, June 23 starting at 8 a.m. This is open to all children up to the age of 15. All children must be accompanied by an adult and have their own fishing pole. For information regarding this event and to register, contact Jenn at 244-0275. This event has been a huge success each year, with most children going home with a prize.
