ALDEN — The Silver Creek Black Knights girls cross country team came in third place at the Alden Bulldog Invitational Saturday afternoon.

Jaylah Cossin led the way in 17th place finished the race at a time of 20:21. Following behind Cossin were Ellie Decker (24th, 21:06), Julia Kennedy (31st, 21:51), Daisy League (33rd, 21:54), Lily League (47th, 23:15) and Grace Restivo in 68th place at 24:18.

On the boys’ side, Silver Creek finished 18th overall.

Riley Wilson was the top finisher for the Black Knights in 54th place with a time of 18:38. Jon McDaneld (100th. 19:52), Gabe Rhodes (111th, 20:27), Alex Bogosian (21:19) and Sean Marchant (122nd, 21:34) rounded out the top five for Silver Creek.
