A 2005 sports studies graduate of St. John Fisher College, his degree took him to the Class A Brooklyn Cyclones and the Class AAA Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees. From there, he went to West Virginia University where he obtained his master's degree in sports management. He has been with the Houston Astros for seven years, working his way up to his present position, Director of Ticket Operations. He resides in Spring, Texas, with his wife, Dr. Tori Cole, and their two sons, Asher and Maddox.
