The Fredonia 8-9-10 All-Star team, the District 38 representative in the Section 1 West Little League Baseball tournament being held in Fredonia, beat Wellsville of Division 2, 9-2, Friday after losing a 14-13 nail-biter to Division 4’s Penfield on Thursday. Fredonia advances to a game against Penfield at 1 p.m. today. In the photo above, Fredonia shortstop Ryan Kelly (right) takes a ball while batting in the fifth inning Friday. Kelly singled during the at-bat and later scored on a wild pitch to make the score 9-0 in favor of Fredonia.
