GOWANDA — The Gowanda Panthers boys basketball team was able to finish their season on a high note as Aaron Colantino scored 25 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Panthers past Falconer, 65-50 in non-league action on Tuesday at Gowanda High School.

Joining Colantino, Damon Macleod scored 14 points and snatched 12 rebounds, while Justin Kohn scored 11 points to help lead the Panthers to victory.

Falconer was led by Bobby Samuelson with 25 points and Drew Tractman with seven points.

Gowanda finished their regular season at 3-17 and has opted out of the sectional playoffs. Falconer has also opted out of the playoffs, with a record of 5-14.
