The CCAA Division 2 West All-Star golf teams were recently announced.

The first team was highlighted by three local area athletes. Darien Swanson and Derek Martin both earned first team honors from Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Sherman and Connor Daniels was named from Silver Creek/Forestville. Maple Grove rounded out the remaining spots on the first team with Peter Auer, Ben Lockwood and Drew Kelemen.

Named to the second team from Silver Creek/Forestville was Andrew Hill and Max Caccamise. Maple Grove saw three more names added to the second team in Colon McPherson, Nick Brunenavs and Jack Eimiller.

Parker Gleason of Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Sherman was a honorable mention.

Individual sportsmanship awards were won by Peter Auer of Maple Grove, Max Caccamise of Silver Creek/Forestville, Paul MaJchrzak of Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Sherman, Garrett Catanese of Cassadaga Valley and Austin Anderson of Frewsburg.

The team sportsmanship awards went to Silver Creek/Forestville and Frewsburg.
