Infinity gymnast takes second at States

ROCHESTER — Infinity gymnast Liana Parsell took second place all-around at the New York State Championship gymnastics competition in Rochester, New York. In order to earn this award, Parsell placed eighth on floor, third on balance beam, third on vault and second on uneven bars at the Level 2 competition.

Other standouts from the Infinity Gymnastics Team were Sydney Simmons with a sixth place Level 3 Uneven Bars, Eliana Cross 10th place Level 3 Vault, Elena Mulkin eighth place Level 3 Floor and Ava Cook ninth place vault and 10th place floor for Level 4.

Infinity Gymnastics is a recreational and team gymnastics center for all ages in Fredonia, New York. It is owned and operated by former Brockport Gymnast, Taryn Austin.

The New York State Championship marks the end of another competition season for Infinity Gymnastics. The girls will begin preparing for the 2019-2020 season in June. For more information about Infinity Gymnastics, go to InfinityGymnasticsNY.com.
