Karate Con’s Spoon, Romano place in NAGA tournament
Two members of Norman Yonkers’ Karate Connection MMA & Team Hayastan competed on July 27 at the NAGA (North American Grappling Association) in Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday, July 27. Rick Spoon took first Place in No-Gi and second Place in Gi. Charles Romano won second Place in No-Gi. Grappling is one of the areas that is taught within the curriculum at our school.
