NJCAA Network will serve as home for association’s video, streaming

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The NJCAA has announced the launch of the association’s new platform for digital content — the NJCAA Network.

Hosted by PrestoSports’ StretchInternet, the Network will serve as the new home for the association’s video and streaming strategies.

The Network, www.njcaa.org/network, will provide fans with video coverage that is unique to the more than 500 member colleges throughout the NJCAA. Along with all-access coverage of regular season and postseason competition, the NJCAA Network will serve as a hub for behind-the-scenes coverage of the association via interviews, analysis and more.

As part of the NJCAA’s partnership with PrestoSports, the launch of the Network coincides with the new primary website, www.njcaa.org and the new home for NJCAA Championships, www.njcaa.org/championships.

“The NJCAA Network provides a unique opportunity to showcase our association on the highest level through a multitude of initiatives,” stated Dr. Christopher Parker, NJCAA president and CEO. “Not only will the Network feature our premiere championship events, but all-access content will provide an in-depth look to the association. The Network moves the NJCAA forward in the digital era that allows our fans exciting content all year long.”

Along with live events and instant access, the NJCAA Network will serve as a home for archived content from previous championships. NJCAA member colleges will also be able to stream regular season events and provide organic content to the platform for fans to view.

“We are looking forward to providing our fans with premiere content, not only from the national level, but from the regional and member level as well,” Parker added. “PrestoSports has helped streamline our digital initiatives, and we are pleased to launch our newest endeavor.”

With a majority of NJCAA championships moved to the spring season due to COVID-19, the NJCAA Network will allow fans to view multiple live events simultaneously. Fans of the NJCAA will also be able to view NJCAA Network via social media.
