Blue Devils Bigham, Phillips cap careers with All-SUNYAC honors

Seniors Pat Bigham and Tyler Phillips capped their baseball careers at Fredonia State by earning Second Team All-SUNYAC honors.

Phillips led the team and finished seventh in a loaded conference with a .380 batting average. He set a school record with 25 stolen bases, while adding nine doubles, a triple and two home runs. He led the team with 24 RBIs.

For his career, he tied Taylor Gahagen (2011) with 49 stolen bases. His career batting average of .347 ranks 11th all-time.

Bigham put up solid numbers out of the cleanup spot, batting .352 with 11 doubles, two triples, and four home runs. His 20 RBIs ranked second on the team, and he struck out just six times in 108 at-bats.
