Forestville girls sweep Westfield at Lucky Lanes
FREDONIA — Alexandra Kerstetter rolled the high game of 185 and the Forestville girls bowling team swept Westfield 599-526-466-1,591 to 433-457-393-1,283 in Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Division 2 action Monday at Lucky Lanes.
Emily Lillie had the high series for the Hornets (8-0, 8-0) with a 168-459.
Westfield (0-12, 0-12) was led by Anabelle Caraballo with a high series.
The boys teams split with Westfield posting a 680-623-755-2,058 to Forestville’s 604-674-776-2,054.
Westfield (10-2, 10-2) was led by Tahner Stow smashing a 204-180-191-575 and Cole Tenamore rolling a 176 game.
Alexander Lucas hammered a 206-236-595 for Forestville (6-2, 6-2), while Tucker Merritt knocked a 225-202-588.
ELLICOTTVILLE BOYS POST WIN
SPRINGVILLE — Carson Mendell knocked a 189-182-497 to lead the Ellicottville boys past Cattaraugus-Little Valley 792-830-857-2,479 to 781-855-774-2,410 in Division 3 at Cascade Lanes.
Landon LaBelle added a 163 game for the Eagles (3-1, 3-1).
Cattaraugus-Little Valley (1-3, 1-3) was paced by Patrick Hesse’s 174-453, Wyatt Simonick hit a 201 and Adam Namenek posted a 167 game.
FREDONIA BOYS WIN, GIRLS FALL TO JHS
FREDONIA — Bradley Berkshire hammered 173-183-204-560 to lead the Fredonia boys past Jamestown 834-765-877-2,476 to 740-809-796-2,345 in Division 1 at Lucky Lanes.
Kaden Paoletta hit a 172-172-191-535 for Fredonia (4-8, 4-8) and Luka Paoletta knocked a 200-162-518.
Jamestown (5-3, 5-3) was led by Collin Jock with a 183-177-513, Ethan Heppler hit a 172-200-486, Kentrell Wiggins rolled a 187 and Alexander Conkright tossed a 171.
The Jamestown girls edged Fredonia 541-528-587-1,656 to 530-527-587-1,644.
The Red & Green (7.5-0.5, 7.5-0.5) was led by Addison Cappalino rolling a 169-202-202-573 and Jamie Beaver added a 170.
Fredonia (0.5-11.5, 0.5-11.5) was paced by Londyn Wilmot’s 174-190-513.
