Evans Police have announced a report of a missing person. Christopher S. Hammond, 29, is described as a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his chest that reads “Rest in peace Slick Rick.”

Christopher has medical conditions that need immediate attention. He was last seen in Angola.
