Jamestown Police seek shooter in Sunday drive-by

JAMESTOWN — The Jamestown Police Department is asking the public’s help after an early morning drive-by shooting Sunday.

Police are investigating the shooting, which took place after an argument in the area of 96 Falconer St. In a press release today, police said a man was shot multiple times in the arm.

The shooter was in a small silver sedan, which sped off westbound after the shooting.

The man was transported to UPMC Chautauqua with non-life-threatening injuries. The victim, who was reportedly not cooperating with police, was believed to have been targeted in the attack.
