While inventorying the vehicle prior to it being towed, the Troopers located two containers with a total of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine, a tubular smoking device containing methamphetamine residue and a stun gun inside Schultz’s purse. Huff and Schultz were transported to SP Jamestown, where Huff was evaluated by a Chautauqua County Drug Recognition Expert who determined that Huff was under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. A urine sample was secure from Huff, and both he and Schultz were processed. Huff and Schultz were then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
