“City Speaks” takes a tour this week of the North County Water District with Mayor Wilfred Rosas and DPW Director Randy Woodbury. Director Woodbury will provide viewers with a plethora of facts and trivia about the granulated activated carbon treated water, otherwise known as the best and purest water anywhere, that we, as members of the NCWD have available to us.

“City Speaks” can be viewed daily at 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Spectrum 1301, and can be viewed at on dunkirkaccess.com YouTube.
