Dunkirk woman indicted on grand jury charges
Over the passed several months members of the Southern Tier Regional Dug Task Force and Dunkirk Police Department have been conducting an investigation into the distribution and sale of illegal narcotics in the area of East Second Street and Columbus Avenue in the City of Dunkirk. This investigation led to Chautauqua County Grand Jury indictment warrants being issued for Aixmary Rodriguez-Rosa, 35, of 160 Lord St.
Rodriguez-Rosa is charged with two felony counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
On Thursday at about 8:50 p.m. members of the Dunkirk Police Department located Rodriguez-Rosa at her residence and took her into custody without incident. She will be held pending arraignment in Chautauqua County Court.
